My wife and I had a one hour guided tour in which we learned a lot about the snakes of SA. We couldn't believe we ended the tour touching and holding some of them. The tour is a must for all.

This tour gives you much interesting information about the snakes of South Africa as well as a few others. Certainly worth making the time to stop here and see their many snake displays. You can handle a few of the reptiles as well if you...More

Really great experience! Staff were all very friendly and our guide was just over flowing with knowledge and very keen to answer questions. Also very enthusiastic about us handling the snakes! Would definitely come back when our little one is a bit older!

This was my second visit to Lawnwood and every bit as interesting as my first visit. I was taken round the exhibits by Simone, a young but very knowledgeable young lady, who has been brought bu by a herpetologist Dad, and it shows. The visit...More
