Beautiful mountains & view. Lots of trails to walk if you are interested. The drive to the Jump off Rcck was quite winding & narrow because of the mountains. Use the restrooms before you leave for the rock. No restrooms near the rock. Took lots...More

Although the drive took very steep and winding roadways, the views were definitely worth it. It’s an out-of-the-way attraction, but beautiful.

I came here with my man and two kids, ages 6 and 12. We were in awe the entire time! Between the breathtaking views and cool little paths to semi-caverns beneath the rock, we couldn’t of been more impressed. The sad legend only added to...More

This is a great place to stop. The view is amazing and looks like it is painting. It does not look real (but it is). We did not have enough time to venture on some of the hiking trails, but would love to go back...More

With friends visiting from Nashville, we brought them here for the beautiful views of The Smokies. While there a wedding was taking place....awfully cold day for the bride, but what a great backdrop for the event.

That is for the viewer to judge. I got to go for sunset and see the blue of the blueridge but the sunset was so beautiful also.

You don't have to hike the trails, you're parking, literally 150' from the rock and there are benches that allow you to extend your stay. Depending on when you go, you might consider a jacket, it gets very breezy up there... More
