I went there with my wife 2 weeks ago at twilight. Unfortunately, there were some pavilions closed because they were out of office hours, just one pavilion was opened for publicity. It's a great place to take photos.

Wonderful walkway through the dragon leading to a long pier out to the Pagoda. On either side of the pier are lovely lotus flowers. On the south side of the beginning of the pier is a small pond with lots of turtles.
