We decided to follow the signs to see what this place was & eventually found it after being brave enough to keep going down the road. It was a very peaceful place although I imagine it wasn't when first built.

The fort outline is clearly visible and my only quibble would be some more details required as only two boards with a little information.
Otherwise nice area, peaceful, easy walks around the area.
