It is the biggest mall in Mauritius. There are 2 groceries. Food court is ok. However not the best place to buy garments or shoes.

Huge tidy mall but the prices are extortionate.Lots of choices in food court. Parking is free. I can buy cheaper in U.K.

The Bagatelle Mall is situated in the centre of the island. It is easily accessible to all whether by bus or by car. It's a very popular place where one can have a variety of choices, be it well-known brands or tasty food, or jewellery...More

A good layout and brands in the likes of Zara.. woolsworth.. Mid range I'd say.. They have a lovely food court..with places like nandos.. spur.. and others. Known this that the evenings are generally crowded at the food places.. making it long queues of waiting...More

Clean normal mall like any other countries all over the world. World known clothes. Not the cheap one. One good cafe place. (forget the name) It's middlle of all. Better take a taxi.

Must visit place in Mauritius for shopping as its only mall in Mauritius. Many Indian movies done at this place. Mountain with Rainbow are best seen for this place.

I'm pleased to see a choice of restaurants for the 'fuzzy' teenager; a number of shops available however the price was a little expensive given what's on offer. I'd rather go back and shop in Europe with same price and trendy choices.

Very very bad service n managements. Very quick to take your money n make promises. But when it come to delivering it useless. Advice to everybody avoid that shop.

It is 30 years since I last stayed in Mauritius and hope I am not disappointed when I re-visit next November. I remember seeing on TV a while ago that there is now a big Chinese town somewhere in the middle of the island and wonder if anyone has seen it? I re-visited the Seychelles and a number of outlying islands there last year and was somewhat saddened to see how commercialism has moved in to that paradise place. Do hope Mauritius does not disappoint. It is said one should never re-visit places where you had wonderful memories and there is some truth in that! At least this time it will just be the starting point of a cruise to Madagascar.

I agree with Denise completely. We visited Mauritius for the first time back in August. We did not stay in a hotel, but hired an apartment in Flic-En-Flac. We hired a car for 9 days and got to see lots of the island... More

I saw a posting about a crafts market at the Bagatelle Mall. I was just there a few days ago, and there is not a crafts market there. I asked, and there has never been one. Could the person who posted be thinking of the shops at the Caudal Waterfront? There is a crafts market there, along with many other shops and restaurants.

I do not know what kind of products you are looking for but sure you can find some good things there. For the perfume you can go to Mado Parfum, which found almost at the main entry of the mall, where you can find almost all... More
