The service was easy to book, the Coach was clean, on time and the trip was smooth and speedy. The driver went out of his way to ensure I was treated with respect and kindness and that I arrived safely at my home. I have used this service for several years and will certainly continue to do so. Easy and reliable travel from airport to hotel, for both drop off and pick up. Arriving around 11 am - midday without an advanced booking may require you to wait for up to 2 hours, so its advisable to book ahead so you can check the shuttle departure times for convenience. The company picks you up at the door and drops you at the designated airline. The bus is a clean the drive is friendly and always on time. I have used this Bus for my daughter and her baby and my son-in-law with his surfboard. The company is very considerate and obliging with any request. My flight was running late but the driver assured me they would never leave me stranded. That was so reassuring for a 66 yr old female at midnight.

Great service. Door to door delivery. No hassles. Very pleasant staff. Very easy to access at the airport. I made a last minute change to the time of my booking due to bad weather delays and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

We had a group of 8 travelling, and unfortunately due to flight cancellations, we needed to book last minute airport transfers hours before arriving. Another cancelled flight, and the airline booked us on an earlier flight. Grateful that Con X ion was accommodating, and was able to pick us up and drop us off 2 hrs earlier than the original planned pickup from Gold Coast Airport to Surfers. We also used Con X ion for theme parks transfers for our group, and return transfer back to the airport (shared). For the theme parks transfer, we had 2 time options of when to be returned to the hotel - which was great. The shuttle services were all on time & convenient, and the drivers were friendly. Great service at a great price point. Some things that would really make it 5 stars is having very detailed and clear instructions about where passengers will be collected from . From caboultree, My nearest collection point was a BP station but had absolutely no idea where to stand and wait. Would love more collection points so can walk to my point instead of getting a lift to the bp 15 mins drive away.

chose to go with Conexion to the airport for our trip to Japan and the pick-up was great, from the door, to another bus at Caloundra and onto Brisbane International. Great service. Has to wait for a little while in Brisbane on the way back as getting through our passport debacle in the airport is a joke and i think we missed our earlier transport, but no dramas, the new bus took us again to Caloundra , changed busses and dropped us at our door. I have used the Sunshine Coast service on a number of occasions to Brisbane International and have never had any issues whatsoever. The drivers are friendly, helpful and professional. On a number of occasions I got caught with late arrivals etc, as you do, but you are always accommodated on a later service.

A very comfortable mini bus trip to the Airport. I was travelling alone so was a little anxious about getting to the airport on time but no need to worry. I was picked up on time and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. The only downside was not getting picked up from home and having to pay for a taxi to the highway

This was a very convenient and well priced way to get to my hotel. The plane was late so I missed the scheduled coach, however I received a notification telling me to wait for the next one. It was good to know that they were aware of what time I had arrived and were expecting me. It does take longer to get to your destination than a taxi, but you get to see a bit of the Gold Coast as the bus drops off people at various locations. The only issue I had was that the return journey pick up time was too early and I had to wait a long time at the airport.
