The bus is a clean the drive is friendly and always on time. I have used this Bus for my daughter and her baby and my son-in-law with his surfboard. The company is very considerate and obliging with any request. My flight was running late but the driver assured me they would never leave me stranded. Another cancelled flight, and the airline booked us on an earlier flight. Grateful that Con X ion was accommodating, and was able to pick us up and drop us off 2 hrs earlier than the original planned pickup from Gold Coast Airport to Surfers. We also used Con X ion for theme parks transfers for our group, and return transfer back to the airport (shared). For the theme parks transfer, we had 2 time options of when to be returned to the hotel - which was great. The shuttle services were all on time & convenient, and the drivers were friendly. From caboultree, My nearest collection point was a BP station but had absolutely no idea where to stand and wait. Great service. Has to wait for a little while in Brisbane on the way back as getting through our passport debacle in the airport is a joke and i think we missed our earlier transport, but no dramas, the new bus took us again to Caloundra , changed busses and dropped us at our door. The drivers are friendly, helpful and professional. The plane was late so I missed the scheduled coach, however I received a notification telling me to wait for the next one. It was good to know that they were aware of what time I had arrived and were expecting me. It does take longer to get to your destination than a taxi, but you get to see a bit of the Gold Coast as the bus drops off people at various locations. Picked up in brisbane at 8am,arrived in gold Coast at 12pm. Uber would have cost $20 more and got us there before 10am. Seats are also too small. We were collected from our hotel in brisbane at 8am to transfer to the gold Coast via the brisbane airport with a bus switch at airport at 9am, we were informed at the airport the bus was cancelled and we had to wait until 10am. They offered to refund airport only the gold Coast portion and not full price however we were now further away from gold Coast and wasted two hours. An uber was now $40 more as we were further away from the gold Coast by going to the airport which was not our plan but part of bus service . I understand cancellations but I have always been notified in advance to enable me to make alternative arrangements. We only have weekend and if we left hotel at 8am with uber, we would arrive before our delayed bus even leaves airport. Catch rideshare if two or more.

Booked two months in advance and the day before they changed our departure time to an earlier time so they fit more people on one bus. No call just a text message saying time had changed. The bus then sat on the side of the highway at Aussie world for 30mins waiting for another bus to arrive so they could combine customers. Others on the bus complained as the delay on the side of the highway made them late for there flight.
Sunshine Coast to Brisbane airport is $150 in an Uber, recommend saving yourself the trouble by taking an Uber.

Con-X-ion. More like con-artists! This is by far one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever come across. Their website crashes whilst trying to make a booking online. The booking is eventually accepted after numerous attempts only to find out that you have been hit with a duplicate charge. It doesn’t end there, since then I’ve tried on several occasions via email and phone to obtain a refund for the duplicate charge. My calls and emails continue to be ignored, and I have now referred the matter to my bank and the ACCC. I suggest using someone else as there are better, more credible and more reliable alternatives available.

I contacted them to change my return booking, which was confirmed via email (luckily, at least I have written confirmation) And on the day of my flight their transfer never arrived, their customer service were ridiculously unhelpful, keeping me waiting on the line for 1 hour (hanging up on me twice). I was the asking the operator to at least put us quickly on the next transfer (understanding they messed up my booking) but she still kept making unnecessary requests which obviously resulted in disruption of my journey. The staff wasn’t even able to check the flight details correctly (provided by me in the email) and wanted to put me on the transfer that arrived AFTER my flight already departs (???)
I ended up taking UBER and paying out of pocket as Conxion staff couldn’t help me with anything just kept saying “I’m sorry I’m sorry”.
I hope they will train their staff properly so it doesn’t happen to other customers?

Very poor service, paid for a so called premium service which is meant to give a guaranteed spare seat and priority drop off. When I got to the bus the driver was already on the phone asking how this could work to his supervisor, the driver was very rude to all the customers and said if you don't like it find your own way home! I rang the customer support number and the first male operator simply hung up as he didn't want to deal with it, I called back and a lady could only inform me to send an email requesting a refund.
The mini bus was totally full with no spare seats as per what I paid for and I was the second last drop off after more than 2hrs which should have been 40 minutes. If you can find an alternative I suggest that you do.

I’ve been using this service for over a decade and it used to be great. Sadly it must be flailing as the service has gone way downhill. Stuffed into an old cramped bus with no legroom for an hour to Brisbane sucks. The mini bus that picked us up from home was good but then they take you out to the racecourse, not the ettomoga pub like they used to, stuff us into an old uncomfortable mini bus, let us breath in fumes for 30 mins while they struggle to fit the luggage into the too small trailer and then the rattling starts. It’s a real shame as it used to be a great service.

We booked our trip from Sunshine Coast to Brisbane return and paid over $350. Within half an hour, we realized, for personal reasons, that one of our group cannot travel by bus, and cancelled immediately. We were told to send an email to customer service to have our money refunded. This we did, and had a curt reply saying that it is not Conxion's policy to refund a booking payment. In the booking confirmation email from Conxion, it states that a full refund, minus $10 admin fee, will be paid at the discretion of the company. No further explanation made. I wrote to explain we booked by phone and were not told of the policy until we received the confirmation email, so too late to know about the policy. There was no mention of any refund restrictions by the telephone operator when we booked the journey. There has been no answer to our email explaining the situation. Very poor customer service.

My experience relates to a trip taken from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane domestic airport
The incompetence started when I originally booked and it didn’t get better
The inept person taking my booking had me listed for a 10pm pick up, it was supposed to 10am.
The bus came 1 day early, again another admin error.
On the day, the bus didn’t turn up at all , after waiting past the specified booking time, I called the company, she said there would be another in 34 minutes, I was told at the time of booking that there were no later buses, so again another admin stuff up.
Despite leaving my contact details at the original time of booking, I got no email or text message to confirm the booking, I wasn’t aware that this should be procedure, so that was another failure on the part of the company.
It took the bus over 1 hour and 20 minutes to turn up.
I was fortunate to have had an afternoon flight otherwise I’d be missing my flight.
I have no confidence in using this company as a transfer next time I need to fly.

Door to door service from Pelican Waters to Brisbane Airport - picked up on time, transferred to another bus and delivered on-time to Brisbane airport. Comfortable buses, great service. Can not fault it!

I use their bus service from the Brisbane Airport to the Sunshine Coast and have always been extremely happy with the service. The communication is great and any updates to pick up times received well in advance. The drivers are a fabulous representative of the company, being courteous, friendly, helpful with luggage and their ability to negotiate their way through traffic, which is at times bumper to bumper, to always get to the destination in plenty of time.
Very happy customer and this has always been my experience over many trips.

Is using a Con-x-ion shuttle a better option for a 2 adult transfer from Brisbane International Airport to Meriton Suites (CBD) on a Friday night around 11:00 pm than getting a yellow or black & white cab at the taxi rank (if it exists) next to the terminal exit? In fact, I don't know if I will directly find a cab at that time without having to phone and wait for one...
