My family,(my 84 year old Mother,my 14 year old daughter,11 year old son and myself visited Israel for a holiday in July 2019. I have to state this was my second visit with my Mother to The Holy Land and We all had a terrific time again! The people on both sides of the divide, for want of a better term are truly genuine, good natured, friendly,(sometimes too friendly)and the food is fabulous! Which leads us on to the Peace Center,Bethlehem. First of all,the staff were so welcoming, the restaurant was clean, spacious but it was another lovely day so went Al Fresco. We were not that hungry as We had had a big breakfast and it was very hot so We ordered Houmous,Chicken and salad with Carrot and Orange juice, all of it was exceptional! My frail Mother used the WC with no problems as disabled are also catered for! The prices are decent and the food is of a high standard,I will be back but definitely not in July,it was just too hot but brilliant all the same! I would highly recommend this restaurant and Bethlehem as a whole,We bought some earrings, some clothes and some Almond sweets,Dates,it was all fabulous! Many tourists visit Christ's birthplace and immediately return after back through The Wall and with them go desperately needed custom for the locals! They need our custom so please, spread the love! I was there with my whole family taking Tea after our meal in one of the shops,I felt at home and very safe indeed! I look forward to returning to this beautiful part of the world. 10/10👌

A quiet little place!!

Actually this is a tourist information center to be visited before one starts visiting the places of interest in Bethlehem. But Bethlehem being Bethlehem, nobody seems to require any help or information before they start off.So this place now acts as a relaxation arena for the the tourists who are tired. One can browse through the books and souvenirs which are available here!!

Worth a visit

A wonderful place for a peace centre, sitting between the Church of the Nativity and the Mosque. This symbolises the peace between those two great religions in Bethlehem.
There is a good shop there and the staff are so helpful.
