- westyjesse1 contributionWow!Panorama Garden Estate WOW….and wow! What am enchanted experience. Right from the booking stage, to our arrival, and at the end, we felt welcome. Through the walk you can see all the labour of love in the gardens, the amazing rocks and walkways, the amazing natives and flowers. Our favourite was Palm Lake where we got up and close to the water birds and gorgeous friendly swans….just beautiful. Thank you, we really enjoyed the go at your own pace walk. Hope to go again. - susanjujuly9Melbourne, Australia1 contributionExceptionalA rare opportunity to have the whole garden estate for ourselves. Loved the interaction with the animals and the walk around the garden estate was a delight at every different section. It was magical. The owners are hard working, (they love what they do best that is caring/adopting animals of all sorts and maintaining a well established garden), down to earth, pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for opening your private estate.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 25 December 2023
- Jenny H14 contributionsSimply AmazingWe had a group of 12 visiting the property and from the moment we parked our cars, Anne Marie was very welcoming. After meeting the menagerie (all rescues), we were left to explore the extensive gardens and walk ways. We enjoyed meandering at our own pace, up the steps, along the paths, wandering what may be beyond the next bend. We were amazed at the attention to detail with the pathways and stone walls. There were vegie gardens, ponds, cactus, ferns, native plants, huge trees and even kangaroos - it was a smorgasbord of everything we love about nature and the great outdoors.Visited January 2024Travelled on businessWritten 15 January 2024

- 431debramEchuca, Australia1 contributionUnbelievable experienceThis garden completely surprised us on the diversity and scope of plants and size. We took 4 hours to meander around the secret gardens . When you thought you saw everything you took another track and was delighted with a different range of plants and beauty. It was a culinary delight of plant species, views , garden features. We did not see all there was to see but enjoyed the wildlife around the garden and the beauty which greeted you at every turn. It was admirable around their home they nurture rescue animals that are full of personalities that you can greet, meet and pat. We loved it and if we had taken a bite of lunch with us , I expect 6 hours could of elapsedVisited February 2024Written 16 February 2024

My favourite being two very friendly alpacas and goats. At leisure on our own, we were then able to explore the extensive gardens and lakes. - Scott M16 contributionsFriendly animals, wonderful owners, beautiful gardens, magnificent views, and albino kangaroos! This is such a wonderful place and the owners are fantastic. The animals, gardens, and views are magnificent. We even got a great lunch recommendation. They only have one entry time per day, but as this is their personal property that they are opening to the public I completely understand it.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 20 March 2024
- Kylie L1 contributionWonderful gardens and up close w animalsSimply amazing, a hidden gem. Wonderful outing for our family. Anne-Marie was a fun and inclusive host. We loved meeting allll the animals including my favourite, Sylvie the pig and Lola the alpaca. We learned that alpacas prefer to live in pairs. Then we took a long walk through the gardens. Such a lot of work. We loved it. Thank you for having us. 28 years of hard work and love at this wonderful garden estate. XVisited April 2024Travelled with familyWritten 6 April 2024

Ann Marie and her dogs were very welcoming. The garden is huge so have a comfortable pair of shoes on. It has survived well considering the harsh climate in 2019. There is a lake, many landscaped formal and informal gardens, farm and wild animals. Worth a the visit down the Mornington Peninsula. Don't forget the Albino Kangaroos.

Panorama Garden Estate was such a highlight for our trip. We went as a big group with 13 people in total, the little kids in our group age from 1-15 all enjoyed it very much! The owner is such a lovely lady, she showed us around to meet the animals close up and even helped us booked an restaurant for lunch. The dogs on-site are such sweethearts, especially the friendly giant Willow who was gentle and patient around the little children as well! We highly recommend visiting the place with your family and friends. It will definitely be the best walk and the scenery will make an unforgettable impression!

We were taken aback whilst visiting this beautiful space. A home for rescued animals, we interacted with a variety of them, each with their own personality. The extensive 55 acres of gardens were a testament of a lifetime of work and dedication to developing a beautiful environment, each with its own theme. Anne Maree and Nick have done a magnifient job and you can visit their lifetime of effort by booking yourself in. If animals and nature with beautiful vistas are not your thing, don't make the trip!

Panorama Garden is simply amazing and even more so when you realise that this is the vision and work of one man over 28 years. We have visited many gardens all over the world most of which are the result of extreme wealth and the labour of hundreds of workers.
The style is of Italian influence and as you walk from one courtyard to another the theme changes which draws you on to the next in eager anticipation overriding this is the pleasure of being able to overlook the backdrop of typical Australian farmland and magnificent sea views.
Nomatter what takes your attention always at the back of your mind is how could one man achieve this and then still maintain this extensive garden.

I visited with my mum on a sunny Wednesday morning and we both loved the whole experience. The tour started with a walk through the animal enclosure. It was fantastic hearing about their stories and getting to pat and feed them. There were pigs, sheep, alpacas, calves, a kangaroo and more. After our time with the animals we were given a map of the gardens and took a self-guided walk. The walk took about 90 mins or so and would probably be too far for young children. But it was a fairly easy walk for us. Each 'section' of the garden had a different theme (e.g tuscany, rose garden) and were all amazing. It was incredibly impressive how much time and effort had been put into creating these beautiful spaces. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

My friend and I are keen gardens and Panorama Estate had been on our To Do list for a while. We visited early Spring 2022. It was a wonderful few hours exploring the beautifully created gardens, interesting plants and flowers and of course the delightful farm animals and pets that reside on this huge property on the Mornington Peninsula.
Ready for lunch and feeling quite hungry when it was time to leave, the owner recommended Blue Mini Cafe, which was delicious and ended our day out perfectly.
Highly recommend visiting Panorama Estate. Great for everyone, singles, couples, families with young children.

Loved the personalised attention for everyone and little kids especially are so well catered for here with so much to see. We were just gob-smacked at the huge achievement in this garden and when you see it, you'll find it hard to believe there was nothing on the site. The animal rescue is excellent and they are really well cared for, clearly loving the owners. (not just for the food!). The variety of plants and animals (native and exotic/domestic) is impressive. The views are spectacular and we will return to see it in different seasons. This garden is a real tribute to human endeavour and perseverance and what can be done by people when they do the hard yards over many years.

Just an incredible experience. Beginning with a guided introduction to the rescued animals and an opportunity to pat and interact with them, we then had an opportunity to explore the grounds. And what magical grounds they are. The thought, planning and execution that have gone into the creation of the gardens is just mind blowing and on an incredible scale.
Well worth a visit!

What an amazing place! Great for a family day out. We got to meet some of the friendliest animals ever including two gorgeous Llamas who just wanted to snuggle and be cuddled. The scenic walk around the property was surprising and breathtaking at each turn. From beautiful flowers, carefully curated and stunning pathways and walks to breathtaking vistas this is a world class hidden gem. We brought a picnic lunch and enjoyed it on the hill by the lake feeling a million miles from the city.
We have lived in Melbourne for 5 years now and cant believe that we have only just found this gem!!! Will be back for a couples only visit. Thank you to the friendly and knowledgeable owners for making the visit so special. From the great meet and greet of the sweet animals to sharing some fresh eggs with our family at the end. Thanks for a great day.
