The Hackberry General Store has great memorabilia inside and outside including many vintage cars. The owner is very helpful. There are lots of souvenirs, photo ops, and snacks like ice cream bars that help you cool down.

Pit stop whilst on Route 66. Take and obligatory picture and enjoy being surrounded by the history of what was once a great Route.

Doing the Route 66 road trip... Lots of people when we stopped, mostly French "bikers" that were not exactly polite... The place inside is small, but querky. Lots of money, license plates and patches from all over the world on the walls and ceiling. A...More

One of the classic, middle of nowhere, re-vamped Route 66 attractions. The roadside halt looks original to me, and there are added route 66 attractions added outside (old cars etc). Well worth stopping for a few photos, and maybe one of their route 66 souvenirs.

Loved visiting this little place. It had cool old stuff and new. My husband enjoyed it so much that he wants to go back. It had a lot of old cars outside. Plus old gas pumps and other things.
