Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you go to Phu Quoc the Dinh Nguyen Truc Pagoda is a must see. Set in the south of the island, we went with Red River tours. The cheapest trip we went on included visits to a pepper farm, the Sim wine factory, Pearl farm, Fish sauce factory (take a nose peg), Bee farm, Sao beech (where we had luch one of the best meals we had) and coconut prison. I'll review these seperately. The Pagoda is set on a hill side with spectacular views across the sea. Peaceful tranquil and a great place to chill out. We were there for just over an hour which was enough to see everything, but could have spend another hour there as it was so inspiring. Ladies have to cover their legs, but dont worry as they do have wraps provided free of charge as you enter. Everything is kept beautifully clean and well maintained, which gives you a great sense to show respect to this sacred place.

Just loved our visit here - so tranquil and peaceful. The architecture is absolutely stunning. If you feel uptight you will come away feeling so relaxed. Such a wonderful setting by the sea.

It is far away from city center, we took a car to her but not much to see. Just for a quick look in about 15 mins. So it is not worth for traveling time. If you stay in the north part of the island, then it's fine to see

This temple is beautiful with many areas to explore. The views from the temple looking back over the sea are lovely.

Plenty of history to look at and admire.
The ancient bonsai trees were fantastic.
We were lucky to have a good guide to escort us around.
The entrance opened out into a massive gold emblazoned hillside depicting history.
The large circular display gave ancient history of the first king and queen of Vietnam.

I had the opportunity to visit Nguyen Trung Truc in Rach Gia city( Official Pagoda): very splendid and magnificent. And now, I visit Nguyen Trung Truc Pagoda in Ganh Dau, Phu Quoc island.
About architecture: still retain the basic but more spacious and taller.
About location: quite far from the center, located on a small road in the north of Phu Quoc island.
However, Nguyen Trung Truc Pagoda retains dignity and holiness.
Ganh Dau, Phu Quoc, Viet Nam.
