So disappointed as I bought a voucher from Living Social for me and 3 friends as of them is really into Himalayan Salt and it was her birthday gift! I emailed as the phone line was unavailable but no reply. Emailed Living So ial who apologised, said I could not use voucher and they would provide me with a refund.... More

I used to love this place, so relaxing. it really did help clear lungs and relax. First discovered through Living Social and have since visited several times. I liked it so much that I bought a card for ten sessions for £70. I have only used this twice and now I can't get in touch, phone line is unavailable and... More

I took my sister on the 21st May and of course it was closed. My voucher was with Living Social but although I have written to them I have not even had an acknowledgement. If anyone has had a better response from wowcher, groupon etc please let me know and I will give that company my business in future. P.s.... More

We arrived today having telephoned to book two weeks ago. There was a builder there and the manager who manages the whole row of shops. The woman who ran this business has up and left... taking everything including the airconditioning unit. However, people have purchsed yearly subscriptions in advance and not to mention all the vouchers that have been knocking... More

Don't go as it was closed when we went even though we had booked. We tried ringing but no answer. The shops near by didn't know anything either.

A lovely place to chill out and relax. Just looks like a normal cafe outside but once inside then through the door of the cave we were pleasantly surprised. A lovely relaxing atmosphere, the lights and music were very calming. It can get a little cold but they do provide blankets. The food after was lovely, we had a lovely... More

Not sure if I would pay full price for this but bought from a deal site with the lunch option and definitely worth the money. Odd location, bit was pleasantly surprised by the café area and the cave. Alot of the cave is synthetic and made to look like salt, I can't comment on the health benefits as I didn't... More

I went with a friend and we had a panini and a hot drink each. Tasty simple food. Great service. We were asked to put covers over our shoes as the cave fllor is covered in salt and were shown into the salt room at the back of the coffee shop. It was lovely - resembled the 'cave' theme with... I have visited the cave twice. The first time was great the second a waste of time and money. Each time there was 2 of us and we both thought the same. On our first visit the floor was heated and the salt smell was evident and we both felt clearer headed. The 2nd time we both said it’s not... More

We booked this on a KGB deal which included lunch. Now I would definitely recommend going for lunch as the food was lovely and if you paid for food it was very reasonable, like a cafe but different. The salt caves themselves were really well designed and very impressive. However, we just got told to go in when we were... More
