The walk is easy and beautiful. Perhaps a ranger or 2 could be hired to ensure tourists do not act like hooligans and ruin it for others.

39 steps is the name of the waterfall in the arboretum, It is a pleasant walk to get there and an opportunity to see some unique trees that were planted over 100 years ago including California Redwoods, bristlecone firs, and yellowwood. Really enjoyable visit

Lovely path. Scenery makes it seem like such a short walk as it’s so beautiful! Definitely something I’d do more than three times!

It was beautiful and soothing to see the waterfall coming down the 39 steps. The sound was lovely and not too steep to climb but a little muddy.

This is a beautiful place to walk, chat & see different things like trees, flowers, etc. You will then reach the 39 Step Waterfall. The pictures you will take there, comes out amazing, very good for wedding pics also!
