Once you get up they will clear out your drinks from your table. We were a party of 7 having a party at 1am when they cleared out our unfinished drinks. We explained and complained and they said we were SOL. I don't recommend coming here because of their fraudulent activities and then turn around and act like we were... More

We were meeting a friend for a quick catch up for lunch. This is my first and probably last visit to this pub. My first impressions of the inside was it was very dark, and smelt a bit like wee. We decided to walk to the outside area which was a lot nicer. We ordered a couple of burgers that... More

When I made the order I was told "there is about half an hour wait on food". Having tried their food before, I said no worries. I was willing to wait half an hour. One hour later the food wasn't there. Kept asking about it and they kept saying in 3 min. 15 min later, the food was still not... More

Relaxed pub by day and club by night. I am not a clubbing sort of person and found the music too loud for conversation as it got later in the night. However the food was great and I prefered the more relaxed atmosphere of the late afternoon.

I had been to PJ's several times ago, but just moved locally and have dropped in for a Guinness twice this week. Overall, I am impressed. The service was very, very good. The main areas aren't great for solo patrons, so I will try the Sportsman Bar next time to see if I can strike up a conversation.

Read the other reviews and decided to give it a go. I can see how the smokers outside could be an issue in the wrong conditions, however we did not have a problem. The meals were good quality for a pub style and the staff were all excellent!

We stayed across the road at the Holiday Inn and walked across to peruse their menu before we made a decision on where to eat. We were greeted by 3 very friendly staff, one not so friendly, but OK though. The Bistro was fairly busy, our meals arrived fairly quickly-Garlic Bread, Mixed Grill and Chicken Parmigiana. They forgot the salad... More

My very good friend took me out to celebrate my birthday, and suggested an Irish Pub which was close to work. Was not impressed by the loud music and a fair lack of tables. A pool table took up a lot of the space. We ordered food and drinks to a bored waitress. Food came out about 15 minutes later.... More

As a very frequent traveller, I have been to my fair share of 'irish' pubs over the years, - worldwide. Without any exaggeration ..this is the worst of its species I had visited. Having stayed a week at the Holiday Inn, it is just across from it ..of course I give it a try. First of all, both the exterior... More
