Oh dear oh dear oh dear!!! We turned off for the Farm Park and was greeted by piles of rubble and a pothole car park. They say first impressions count and I really wished I had turned the car around at that point and decided against going in but the optimism in me said no give it a chance.....I wished... More

This is an interesting insight into the negative mind, one that ignores signs, is distracted by minutiae and totally misses all the positives. Many of the comments relate to areas out of bounds which have no impact upon the visitor attraction so why even comment?? The purpose of our putting up extensive signage explaining that the Park is under re-development... More

It advertises itself as a farm park, but there was not many animals and most of the farm is shut off. Don't take any notice of the leaflet as this is out of date. The reptile house and aviary were apparently shut down by the council. They state it was attraction of the year but this was back in 2007... More

Hi all. Am writing this review because I have read some of the negative comments. I ve visted the farm park on a number of occasions. Last year we had my daughter 2nd birthday party here.there were about 12 kids and 20 adults. The staff were amazing and really went out of there way to help us.there was plenty of... More

This place is very expensive! Yes I know it's not just indoor play but have been a few times as kids enjoy it but half the time there's been no animals to see other times iv been in the rainy winter and still had to is full price even tho there's no animals to see or want to go see... More

Come rain or shine, farm animals and birds at the Visitor Centre still have to be looked after and fed. There are always animals and birds to see. It is entirely up to the individual as to whether they want to visit the Farm side or just let the children enjoy our massive indoor heated Play Barn. We reject the... More

Had a fabulous time here today, stayed from 10.30 until 4.30 and still had to drag the children away! Great food, reasonably priced, fantastic attentive staff who can't do enough for you and as a parent of 3 children it was so lovely to feel that they are safe playing and be able to enjoy a hot drink and relax!... We visited during half-term week in October - a group of 7 of us (4 adults, 3 children). After paying our entry fee (£34.50 in total) - we were handed a newsletter, which at least explained (albeit in a very one-sided way) the reasons behind the experience we were about to receive. The newsletter itself caused me to do a... More

The Management are baffled as to how this visitor managed to miss a large proportion of the farm displays. Clearly the Pets Room was missed as well as the outdoor aviaries, along with a number of the farm animals. It was correct that the go-karts were not running. This visitor rightly points out that it was because of the extremely... More

We wanted to support a local attraction and took our young daughter. We didn't expect the place to be spotless but the soft play area was dirty in the under 5s area. Fortunately my wife discovered there was only concrete under one area of the soft balls at the bottom of a slide just in time - which we reported... More

There are some very odd comments here. This visitor seems to have missed 90% of the attraction! Yes, one of the three trampolines is out of commission but the two others were in perfect working order. This visitor obviously failed to notice that between the piles of tyres around the go-kart surface were the tarmac trackway extending to over 200... More

This attraction is in desperate need of a makeover. The indoor play area had a broken trampoline and there wasn't a great deal for over 5s. The go karting area appeared to be a pile of old tyres - no sign of any go-karts. The crazy golf appeared to be work in progress as there were no obstacles on the... More

Despite notices advising our visitors that the Park is undergoing redevelopment and refurbishment, we still get observations that it needs a ‘make-over’. We can assure our visitors that we are fully aware of this and hope they will be following the progress that is being made. There are three trampolines. Whilst one has been shut down for repair, the other... More

Took grandchildren in summer holidays. They thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Found it quite expensive as individual things have to be paid for after you've paid to go in e.g. go carting, feeding animals, driving the digger and tractor rides.
