A great experience! It's full of fun and exercise (took effort to climb up the the top). However, the board is a bit short and legs can't stretch enough, which makes you out of the board at the end sliding sometime. All in all, the experience was great and my friends were all enjoying it. It would be better if there are longer boards.

All their staff were very friendly, especially the lady on the phone as she was still extremely friendly and patient despite our calling before their business hours early on Sunday morning. I would highly recommend doing this even on a fine winter's day as the sun was just warm enough and not harsh at all. The boards were easy to use, and the instructor was clear and concise in his explanation. The reminders on the booking confirmation to take water, sunscreen, and a hat with you there were important.

Staff are friendly in guiding us into and off the transport vehicle to the location, they even allow my husband to sit in front next to driver to get a better view . Experience was enjoyable, easy to learn for first timer like us 😃 you can go on the lowest part of dunes at first and go up to the highest as u gain confidence. Sand will go over ur face when it becomes windy . We didnt expect this , its irritating specially for the kids. Better be prepared on this by bringing goggles /face coverings(i saw some used face mask). We want to go back again on Summer.
