Fendi was a fabulous therapist, I’ve have had many massages, but usually women and was a little apprehensive, but that was wasted energy. Fendi put me at ease and as I had booked a 2 hour session, 1 hour massage, 30mins each facial and body scrub I left feeling wonderful and that we had made a connection as he checked with me to ensure I was comfortable and all was well. The weather was unkind, strong winds and rain but that didn’t interfere with my experience. I highly recommend this spa and Fendi.

I had the siesta package booked at Karma and must say I LOVED it!
The view and service were impeccable, if you want a relaxing massage with a great view I definitely recommend this.
I am also incredibly grateful for my massage therapist Fendi who made the whole experience even better - thank you so much Fendi!

A very luxurious and gorgeous place with an amazing view. But the highlight of the spa are the professional therapists.
My therapist "Fendi" definitely a professional, and I felt rejuvenated and much better overall.
If you want an amazing spa experience, this is one of the place to go to, ask for Fendi if you are looking for a professional masseur.

Had the Karma Fit- Deep tissue recovery massage by Fendi. Fendi was very professional and courteous. Fendi offered me to have a shower before the massage as I had just come from the beach. What an amazing view you get from the outside shower as well as Karma Spa. Fendi felt my tension areas and concentrated massaging those areas. I like a firm massage and Fendi accommodated it extremely well. I felt invigorated at the end of the massage. I recommend this massage as well as therapist Fendi.

My husband booked the spa to surprise me for this trip. I didnt have an information before but when I arrived. The view took my breath away and we came across to Fendi, our terrapist who welcomed us like a family. We had a great time knowing about the place, experiencing the spa and enjoying a great company like Fendi. She took a wonderful care of us. We will never forget this experience and will surely visit!

The spa and sauna is a MUST try at Karma Kandara! We loved the therapeutic session sooo much that we even signed up for Manicure session! Highly recommended. It’s a MuST to do when you’re here in Bali. Must must.

Beautiful SPA by the Cliff of Ungasan area. The SPA provides wide variety of treatments and packages. Be early in making a reservation to avoid any disappointment.
There are only 4 treatment rooms, 3 rooms with spectacular ocean view and one of it has additional facilities. Nice welcoming waiting area with partial ocean view. Treatment rooms has 180° ocean view. Cosy interior.
Surya & Yanti, both the SPA guest relation staffs provides excellent service. Prompt response, attentive, friendly & thoughtful. Yanti gave good recommendation on what I'm expecting.
My SPA therapist was Widiani. A very skillful and lovely lady. She follows my expectations very closely and ensures that I'm feeling comfortable throughout the entire 2 hour session. I will look for her when I return to this SPA again. Marvelous therapist!
The environment is good. Scenic, tranquil and therapeutic. However, I was a little unfortunate as there was an event ongoing and some singing can be heard. Otherwise it'll be perfect due to the peacefulness, aromatherapy, ocean waves and soothing music within the treatment room.
Overall, I would still highly recommend this SPA. Especially when you are in uluwatu or ungasan area. I was staying in nusa dua area, it took me 40 min to arrive the destination but worthy. I find their prices relatively reasonable as comparing to others like Kempinski Apurva SPA, Ritz Carlton SPA, etc.

My wife and I visited the resort for the 3rd time 10-17 October 2022. My wife and had a full body rejuvenating Balinese massage by the experienced therapist for 60 minutes. It was very refreshing after the travel and tour of Bali the whole day.
The spa is on this hill top just overlooking the beautiful ocean with cool breeze coming into our rooms.
Every tired souls need this refreshing massage but you must book well in advance and this is I'd a favorite place for the guests. The difference Mare Restaurant is just at the corner 🚶 distance with children's swimming pool and a litter waterfall. About it the restaurant and adult swimming pool. Amazing view the ocean and sky you will enjoy.

went to Karma Spa for our honeymoon and it was such a blissful experience, service was top notch, atmosphere was so serene. we had such a good time that we gifted our parents a spa session for their birthday, they came back super happy with their birthday gift.
hopefully we’ll be able go come back again one day to this beautiful place.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had in Bali. Stunning surroundings; hearing the waves splashing and my therapist Fendi, was amazing! He managed to make a deep tissue massage both therapeutic and relaxing. Getting out all the knots. Best 2 hours. I didn’t want it to stop. Thank you Fendi, I felt fabulous after my wonderful massage.

The view from the spa room totally caught my eye! I'd like to try the cliff pool overlooking the ocean. So if I want to indulge myself in the pool following a body massage what spa menu / package should I book ? Not everyone is allowed to enter the pool?

Yes. You would need to take a taxi though, as its not really a walkable distance, but the cab fare is minimal. Also on the way to and from Kuta there are larger versions of the store with more variety so we used to stop and shop on our return journey. Have a great trip.

I just did the massage. Sorry not sure about the packages.They had a good one for guys however with pedicure and steam. Forget what its called, but that was value for money, as I booked it for my husband.
