Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Was told about this lovely place and took a walk first on the left side of the stream and then on the right one which was much nicer and much longer. The stream was lovely in winter months with quite a bit of water, which you could hear throughout your walk. Saw some kids having lots of fun in the cold water.

After a lot of rain in Perth we headed up for a picnic lunch and an easy 20 min loop stroll with the kids after. Lots of little water falls and stepping stones, etc.

Roley Pool Reserve is a delightful little place off the beaten track, and one which the locals would probably like to keep secret. There is a loop walk which you could co plate in fifteen minutes, but you might like to take an hour or more. The reserve lies along the upper Canning River, and is accessed from the Soldiers Road Bridge. There are two car parks. The track from the Northern car park is really a fire track, so the access is relatively easy, but the scenery is less attractive. The track leads to a place where the stream forms pools in a rounded rock setting with bush surrounds and tinkling little falls. There is then a water crossing which was fine in January, but might be hazardous when the flow is greater. The southern track is much more interesting, passing past rocky cliffs and meandering close to the stream. This is a lovely place to take a picnic, or simply to enjoy.
