We rode to the top by moped - it's possible on foot but not recommended in the middle of the day. The monkeys are worth seeing .... they're not aggressive but inquisitive and will grab anything left lying around. Great fun to watch for half...More

Visited on a Tuesday Afternoon in April. We used the app ‘Grab’ to arrange a taxi up to the monkeys (wouldn’t try walking, it’s quite far way and quite steep - especially in 30 heat!). The taxi then waited for us and we paid to...More

This is a park at the top of a forest covered hill, it's not a managed attraction, just a place with lots of monkeys around. There were about 75 when we were there. There is a walking path & road to the top and a...More

Be sure to buy peanuts at the bottom of the hill, the monkeys like them better. An amazing experience and one of the highlights of our trip.

Monkey Hill is a windy drive up a hill with good views of Phuket. When you get out of your vehicle to take pictures beware of the monkeys - don't set anything down, it will disappear. Also, check out the restaurants on top.

It’s a fair old trek up Monkey Hill. We had a taxi take us up a third of the way. In the heat of the day make sure you have drinks ( these can be bought at the bottom of the hill from sellers) ....More

Visited here a few days ago and while it started off well with the smaller monkeys eating out of our hands, a very large male approached my husband, stole his peanuts and bit him on his hand, down to the bone. We ended up in...More
