The poor monkeys are caged and and chained and in bad bad condition!! They are so angry they try to bite you. Also they charge 500b per person such a rip off... just don't go! Maybe they will close down and set the poor monkeys free! 😞

Took the kids and they loved it......was able to feed the monkeys bananas and peanuts. You have to be a little careful as they are fearless and will snatch away anything they think is food.

Need transport to get here unless you are very fit. A beautiful viewing point and clean without being too commercialised!! Sadly did not see any monkeys our guide told us better to come in the evening to see them as too hot in the day. Well worth the trip for the views of phucket town

Those little moneys are so friggin cute. But my advice. Do not feed them! And do not stand in the middle of a group of them! They are easily excited and WILL bite you. I write this from a hospital waiting room since I did not get rabies shot before going. Still; they were adorable, lots of good photos ops... More

We hired a driver for the day who took us to some spots we wanted to see in Phuket and this was one my husband wanted to go to but I wasn't too sure about as I dislike animal attractions. I was delighted when we got to the top of the small hill to see the monkeys were completely free... More

We had a good hike up the hill as the taxi would not take us to the top. We made the choice not to take any food to feed the monkeys. It was so nice to see these monkeys roaming free (and a little scary). We found if we showed them we had nothing in our hands they left us... More

Very interesting experience! Just all these monkeys (dozens of them, including really cute babies!) just hanging out (literally in some cases!) in the trees at the top of the hill. There are no real rules here......just find a spot to park, if you choose, and watch them for a bit. Or, you can park and get out and take pictures... More

Let me warn you to buy bananas at the bottom of this hill and either have a driver take you to the top or rent scooters. 3km walk uphill was no joke in the Phuket heat. Once you reach the top after a good 45 min, you see the monkey hut where all the monkeys live. It is really cool... More

The monkey hill is a must sein Phuket town. Lots of monkeys living free on a hill right in Phuket town. If you're used to exercise you may walk, or otherwise just take the car. Once you reached the top you'll see them everywhere 😅🐒🐒 bring some bananas for the crew to escalate ^^
