So many of these treks treat elephants badly, it's incredibly sad! If you really want an experience with elephants which is morally right then visit the elephant sanctuary, you can't ride them but you can bathe with them, feed them and they have been rescued so are looked after and not used to make money!!!! If you really love animals... More

The way they split you into small groups and stagger the activities is a good idea, no waiting in lines etc.... The elephant trek is not jungle as stated it is a small loop around a unkept, dirty and litter ridden park. I have no idea how they can walk guests past so much litter ( plastic bags, water bottles,... More

We enjoyed the elephant ride but on the way round we noticed the areas where the elephants were chained when not working. Our rider got off and took photos half way round and had a stick with a metal hook on the end that he used to poke the elephant. At times he raised it as if to hit it... More

The ride on the elephant was phenomenal and best thing done on our trip even better then the islands - such placid, beautiful animals who seemed well cared for ??pick a place that is part of conservation it would have made me feel better , I didn't enquire if this place was. Enjoyed the elephant ride with my husband but did not like the fact that the mahout got off and let us ride by ourselves! Also mahout talking all the time (smutty and trying to get us to buy stuff)) nothing to do with elephants and scenery. Enjoyed feeding our elephant bananas at the end of the ride and meeting the... Animals clearly not happy and not looked after. Monkeys were chained and we couldn't see food or water!

Rode an elephant and it was an enjoyable experience. Was a bit scared at first then got used to it. The best part was taking pictures with the baby elephant. Afterwords went to see the monkey show which was quite nice, the monkey did some amazing tricks to keep us entertained like riding a bicycle, swimming etc.

I was thrilled to actually have an hour long elephant ride but to my surprise it was not interesting for me. I was quite scared. The elephant often stopped to eat and once it started taking out a branch from a tree, it was almost up on its fore legs and we were literally scared. The elephants have to carry... More

Went on an elephant trek and quad bike experience with amazing Bukit Safari and loved it. Was great to see some of the local area whilst on the elephant trek and then got to explore a little more on the quad bikes. Elephants were absolutely beautiful and staff very friendly. Highly recommend a visit here

We visited the safari in early August, the advertising of this place is very misleading. It's not a trek through the jungle but a trek through someone's dirty backyard. They were cruel to the elephants digging a big hook into its face and the monkeys had a metal ring around its neck. I wouldn't go here again.
