We went there as our teenage daughter wanted to take photos of flowers. So we went along with the 400 baht admission fee which maybe is to deter non orchid plant lovers. It was lucky that the youngest kid and i found several great looking and cocky cockerels and hens roaming among the rows of orchid plants and they entertained... More

Its a beautiful place, excellent collection of orchids. You can buy the seeds for the orchids plants as well. The entry price is 400 baht, which i believe is a little on the higher side. Rest it a place to visit during the full day tour.

A big field of many different variety of orchid flowers that are spectacular. Black Orchid place was empty. The remarkable thing is orchids protection against heavy rains.

There are many orchids but the variety is limited; mostly hybrids with very few species. They are now selling mainly plants in vases for tourists; locals can buy the orchid plants. One interesting addition is the laughing roosters imported from Indonesia and breed for sale. One thing you must try is the passion fruit ice-cream. It's delicious. The admission fee... More

came here with my grandparents, they loved it! myself, not a big fan of flowers but i have to say it was very nice seeing all of these orchids - they have some special ones i have never seen before! staff is nice and its somehow a different experience from just going to the beach.

We had a great stop in at the Orchid farm, took many pictures and enjoyed the amazing variety of Orchids. I grew up on a farm, so I also enjoyed seeing the doves, pheasants, and if course the laughing roosters. After visiting the farm, it was a little walk to the main road where we were able to buy fresh... More

Many orchids of different quality, but the admission price of 400 baht is a theft. And the prices that they ask if you want to buy some orchids are crazy ! Much better to enter in anyone of the many shops that sell orchids around the island.

This is a nice little farm. Orchid lovers will enjoy it. However, 400 Baht per oerson (a bit over $10 USD) is steep compared to local prices.

Unless you are a real enthusiast of orchids, don't bother. 400 baht for walking up and down rows of flowers is pretty steep. I like orchids but not that much. Just be forwarned.

Thank Chris L
