Kata Noi beach is the smallest but the best beach,small,cosy,clean and easily reachable from Kata(15,20 minute walk from Kata beach),looks far better than Karon or Kata with hardly anyone around,yes like Kata it is little Russia out there but they make no trouble anyway.
Visited this beach twice by tuk tuk from karon , great beach 100 baht for sunbed with parasol . Parasailing jetbike hire also available few restaurants and a pharmacy and a supermarket nearby .sellers on the beach but they do not hassle you
