Lovely hike along Kommetjie beach and took a picnic, then chilled on the rocks at the lighthouse watching the birds and surfers ride by. Magic!

Absolutely stunning, the views are incredible. Took a baby in a carry rucksack and he loved it. Be prepared for lots of steps (obviously) but well worth the effort. Would highly recommend.

Despite the height and the steps this is a unique place to visit. The view is spectacular and the staff friendly and informative. Check up on opening times before you visit as it opens at 10 and closes for lunch.

Cute little coastal village. Here I want to retire one day. Many stairs to climb the lighthouse, but definitely worth the effort when you get up.
