Since Bluewater opened its doors on March 16, 1999, it has set the benchmark for the ultimate shopping and leisure experience and the rest as they say is retail history. Rising out of a former chalk quarry among 50 metre-high cliffs, Bluewater's striking architecture is simply unique. Located in Kent, traditionally known as the Garden of England, our overall site of 240 acres is surrounded by a 50 acre landscape of lakes, parkland and trees making it the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. We have 300 stores, over 50 bars, restaurants and cafes along with 13,000 free car parking spaces attracting 28.1 Million visitors per annum. As well as offering a wide range of services, our team will endeavour to ensure that your Bluewater experience is fun, memorable and exciting. Bluewater's triangular design with a flagship store at each point - Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and House of Fraser - over two levels make shopping a breeze. In between the flagship stores are three distinct shopping malls boasting stylish stores along with restaurants, cafes and bars catering to every taste.

There's a good range of stores and the mall is clean and well maintained. It can get very busy so parking can be a problem, especially at weekends. I used the bus and found the staff at the travel information desk very friendly and helpful....More

What else can you say about a shopping centre? It has everything you need under one roof. Plenty of parking available. Loads of restaurants and the cinemas are very good. Shops and bars. It's fully loaded!!

A bit of a drive for us, but it's one of the best, so much better than lakeside, and the Westfield outlets, which are just cheap shopping . Bluewater has a great mix of shops over 2 level in a triangle shaped layout, top end,...More

Great shopping centre but full of tattooed chavs! We like it, some great places to eat, very light and spacious but needs more security. Some very large groups of teenagers brings the place downMore

Haven't visited here for many years and indeed haven't missed it. If I'm honest it was disappointing on oh so many levels. Maybe it's my age? Bluewater is no longer for me.

I guess we expected the shops to be offering more cut price good quality merchandise but this was not the case. We did manage to find my wife a cut price handbag but that was about it. To me there are a little too many...More

Overrated shopping location and full of expensive designer shops with the odd mainstream branded high street retailers thrown in. The roadways in leave a lot to be desired if you are heading south out of Bluewater towards the A2 further into Kent. Be warned it...More
