Fantastic full day experience.
Up ladders, through caves & creeks, over large rocks, float down river in natural untouched landscape.
After hotel pickup, arrived at collection point then further transfer to village. We were a group of 4 and there were 6 others that joined...More
This was such a great day.
I highly recommend that everyone who visits Luganville do the cave tour. I will caveat that with it is very slippery and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who susceptible to falls. IT IS VERY VERY MUDDY.

This tour is FANTASTIC!!!!!
To book you need to call them. Don't waste your time on an email. They won't get back to you. It's island time. We just booked when we arrived and got in the following day.
There were only four of us...More
What a privilege to experience this. Had three of us with a guide. Good 5-6 hour trip with canyoning, hiking, jumping into rivers and swimming...the works!! Got to have a good level of fitness and be prepared to do some stuff that may put you...More
Hollywood could not have made this more fantastic! The trek through jungle, rivers, villages and the cave was fantastic! It takes a certain level of physical condition to do it, but it is worth every vatu!
Firstly, do not underestimate the absolute amazing experience you are about to undertake on this trek. If you are into trekking, adventure and exploring a Vanuatu many will never EVER experience this is absolutely for you. A full day (6-8hrs including drive to and from...More
An untouched wilderness shrouded in traditional customs. Loved meeting the village members, hearing their stories, how they have sustainable farming practices, and the kids enjoying a game of soccor. The experience is one that everyone should try and get to. Lots of climbing up and...More

We booked it through the owner of the resort we stayed at, Barrier Beach Resort. It was 800 Vatu each which included a packed lunch prepared by the resort. I’m sure you’ll be able to do the same wherever you’re staying. It’s not advisable to book too far in advance because trips can be called off due to weather. Wait till you get there. But do it! It’s amazing.

Depends on age of the children, their capabilities and how much it has been raining. Very scary and no safety harnesses/ropes. The guides and great and really helpful, but involves completely vertical ladder climbing (up and down), pulling yourself through very fast rapids with a rope, climbing over boulders and climbing through a pitch black cave. Very physically demanding. Much worse if it has been raining, as the rapids are higher and faster. I’d say minimum age would be high-school age or older if they are strong and well coordinated? :) Hope this helps!
