Good to be able to walk around at our own pace and see the history of the mission and the area. Captions were worth the read.

Loved our visit to this historic homestead . Lots of information on site tracing the developments of the mission and the region. Art Gallery and especially don't miss the pasties,apple strudel and great coffee!

Well worth a look. Spend a day. Or stay overnight go thru the tannery. Go to the tea rooms. 2 art galleries. Walk the creek

WE took our time at Hermannsburg and enjoyed the history and the work carried out in community between the Lutherans and the locals. Seems like they worked well. also the art work was incredible. Thanks.

Perhaps an unlikely place but an important part of local history in-and around this Lutheran precinct. And the art galleries were interesting and informative.

Hi The Historical Precinct will be closed on Christmas Day. If you have a four wheel drive vehicle you can go to Palm Valley which is not far from Hermannsburg. Church will be on at 9:30am if you wish to celebrate Christmas... More

At the Ntaria Caravan Park, in Hermannsburg, they have four bungalows available. You will need to contact them regarding availability. Check their website under ntariasupermarket.
