Danielle was a pleasure to speak with. She tried diligently to make us feel welcome despite having a bus group in for a tasting at the same time. The wines were very good, particularly liked the Cab Franc and the Pinot Noir. Small tasting room but great outdoor space. We chose to take our last tasting outside to relax for... More

This was the first winery we visited on our Yarra Valley trip. Gorgeous wine and cheese platters, lovely surroundings so we could sit and enjoy the sunshine. Recommended.

We come here around 4 times a year and honestly always receive great service and recognise Punt Road as being one of the few cellar doors that do have that consistency of service and quality wines that seems to be lacking in a lot of their competitors cellar doors these days.

So I'd highly recommend the Pinot noir and the Airlie bank rose as they are both really nice. Stay away from the Chardonnay and the Shiraz isn't worth it.

Family run to celebrate a birthday - sadly the birthday boy was me and driving. Great wines, service and atmosphere. Look forward to ordering on line as my bag was full to get home.

Last stop of a winery tour, as we entered the cellar door our host had enough Pinot Gris ready for everyone to try, she explained the wine their tasting notes what it is best served with and sold it as best she could, this continued with another 6 samples allowing a number of the party to jump a head or... It was a very cold rainy day when we parked outside the Punt road winery but the inside was so warm and cozy. That aside our hostess was really nice and friendly and she was passionate about her wine :). Had a great time there and would definitely go again when i visit the valley next.

We visited Punt Rd during a visit to the Yarra in June. We visited multiple wineries that day and Punt Rd was our favourite destination by far. It was nice to taste wine with the staff who were clearly passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about their product. It's a charming set up with a pleasant outdoor area. And the wines are... More

Punt Road lived up to our expectations - the wine is just as good as ever. It was a very chilly morning but the fire was going and it made it all very welcoming. It was our favourite stop of the day.
