The 1000 Islands Tower (formerly known as 1000 Islands Skydeck) is a unique tourist attraction located between the spans of the 1000 Islands International Bridge on Hill Island.

Running continuously, the elevator takes only 40 seconds to reach the first of three observation decks and provide visitors with a spectacular photographic opportunity as they enjoy the panoramic view of the 1000 Islands and St Lawrence River stretched out 400' below. The first deck is glass enclosed and wheelchair accessible. Visitors can browse our Gift shop, exchange Currency and enjoy a Cup of Coffee in our Skydeck Cafe.

What a panoramic view of the 1000 Islands! A must do for any visitors to this area. The admission price is reasonable and the gift shop is well stocked.

The Tower is halfway between Canada and the State of New York, in the St. Lawrence River area of Ontario. From the top, which you reach via elevator, you will have a marvelous view over a large part of what constitutes the 1000 Islands of Ontario. The tower has a good gift shop with a number of fair-priced items that... More

The 1000 Islands is a beautiful region and this was a perfect way to take in the scenery. The lookout is accessible to all thanks to elevators. Once at the top there are two observation levels giving slightly different perspectives, the upper deck is also outdoors. Was able to snap some excellent panoramic pics of the river, islands, and bridge.... More

We stopped at the tower on our way back to the US from a visit in Canada. While it wasn't particularly cheap, just over $14US to get my son and I to the top, it was a fun stop with awesome views of the area. Up top there are three levels of 360 degree viewing. Wish we were going through... More

Great way of seeing islands especially if you don't have time for boat trip. Good value for money, helpful staff.

The view of the 1000 Islands area was amazing from 400 feet up! The tower has an elevator that quickly takes you to view the 1000 Islands on 3 different levels. The elevator stops at one partially enclosed level. From there, you can walk a flight of stairs to a more open space, and finally, the very top. It was... More

Offers a great aerial view of the 1000 islands. Highly recommended if you have your passport and can go into Canada. It's right over the bridge so it's not hard to get to. At around 10 Canadian dollars, it is very reasonable. Even my wife who is afraid of heights really enjoyed it. Very cool shop at the bottom for... More

It's a great view at the top of the tower but the wasps really deter you from staying for very long. A few few pictures and we were done. You can't even walk up the stairs to the top or back down again. Would not go again. I'm off you just want to see the surrounding landscape. ~$10

We had perfect weather to stop and enjoy the views from the top of the tower. The 1,000 Islands area truly is spectacular! This was well worth the few dollars entrance fee. We only spent 20-30 min at the top, so it doesn't require a lot of time, but the view is unbelievable! We took more pictures here than anywhere... More

The view at the top of the tower is magnificent. The gentlemen worker at the top was full of great tips for things to do too. We had a great time. We purchased some different teas in the gift shop at the bottom of the tower.
