I did the Moroccan class, in Gail's beautiful home. She was well organised, professional and made the class fun and lively. We produced a full menu that was delicious. A couple of days later, I made the entire menu easily and served it to family and friends, it was a real treat.

The Paleo treats were especially tasty and so easy to prepare. Orange Chocolate mousse was a standout! And so healthy - just incredible! The 'creamy' Salmon 'Pasta' left us... More

Today we did the 'Pasta Making and Italian Sauces' class and the experience was so much more than just a cooking class. Gail greeted us at her front door, welcomed us in and we were led to an outdoor deck to enjoy muffins hot out of the oven and gorgeous coffee. All the new 'students' and Gail shared a little...
