Fabulous sunset sail with Shelley and Steve. They ensured we found a beautiful secluded spot to watch the sunset and dolphins swimming by us. The food and drinks topped off a magical sail.

My husband and I just had the most magical luxurious experience upon the champagne on ice sunset cruise.
Not only did we enjoy a beautiful sunset but also got to see dolphins enjoying the peaceful ocean.
Both Steve and Shelley provided such a professional and personable experience.
I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a memorable, beautiful evening on the water.
The bubbly, cheeseboard and locally sourced oysters added the final touch of what will no doubt be my greatest memory from Port Stephens this weekend.
Not only did we enjoy a beautiful sunset but also got to see dolphins enjoying the peaceful ocean.
Both Steve and Shelley provided such a professional and personable experience.
I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a memorable, beautiful evening on the water.

We received the sunset cruise as a gift and were not disappointed. The weather was perfect, the food was delicious and our hosts were friendly and took great care to ensure we were comfortable and having a good time. Thankyou for a wonderful experience.

We did the sunset sail. We had such a lovely time our on the water. Steve & Shelley were so knowledgeable about the area @ made our experience so enjoyable. The sunset was beautiful. Thank you both for adding to our lovely evening. Rhonda & Garie.

Steve and John were excellent hosts and we had a wonderful time. We had a lovely time drinking champagne and eating seafood in Fame Cove watching the sun go down. Steve also prepared a delicious cheese platter with some quirky Ingredients that we thoroughly enjoyed. Great experience and we will certainly be back again. Thank you Gentlemen 😀

Beautiful sunset cruise with knowledgeable crew quietly working away in the background. Kindly adjusted the menu from oysters to prawns to accommodate us. Didn’t get to sail much due to lack of wind but magical nevertheless. Prior to the trip kept in contact through texting

The two hour sunset sailing tour was only 15 minutes of actual sailing. The weather was perfect for sailing, but the actual sailing was much less than expected, using half jib.
I do sail and was looking forward to an enjoyable afternoon with friends.
Food was good but paying almost $1000 for the 2 hour trip, an extra $40 for drinks was quite rude.
More of a shuttle service not a sailing experience.

I decided to book blue water sailing as a surprise for my fiancé. The 4 year old yacht "Champagne on Ice" was beautiful. We were very lucky, being the only guests on the boat, and it made for the perfect romantic sunset sail. A couple of glasses of Moët, a light breeze, and a gorgeous sunset following a typical summer storm made for the most awesome experience. The gents who ran the boat were excellent, and their gregarious personalities improved the experience ten fold. Thanks to Rhonda and her team. We will definitely come again and recommend to friends :-)

If you are in Port Stephens, do not miss "Champagne on ice" cruise.
You will feel so welcome by the amazing host Rhonda and the sailors Mark & Bred.
This was a highlight of our short stay at The Anchorage.
