The beach and water aren't clean. Very noisy road near. It's like being near a formula 1 race track.

Plomin Luca is a small fishing village with a power plant. The village has seen better days, but there is a nice restaurant and small beach with bar just beyond the village. To find the beach you park you car on the pier and walk about 100 meters along the footpath. There you will find a pebble beach with a Copacabana Bar where you can sit and relax after a swim (reasonable priced), there is also fresh water shower, although the toilets aren't great.…

On the way to Opatijski, we came across Plomin looking point. There are plenty of places to stop along the way on the road for some nice pictures.

The beach is close to a cole terminal and cole powerplant. No shops, nor restaurants. Limited parking possibility. Do not expect too much.

Nosy like tourists are, we had a look to the Plomin harbour although it appears very much industry style for the Istrian power plant is located exactly there. The bay with green water hosts many fishermen boats, some half rotten buildings from former Yougoslavia times, few old ones, but a good restaurant too. Surprise: a recently done beach with pabbles, Copacabana beach bar, shadow and near the parking awaits you, almost empty. The water is clean, but cloudy like a river.
