The Jameos del Agua was the Centre of Art, Culture and Tourism to be created by César Manrique and reflects one of the cornerstones of his creative work: harmony between nature and artistic creation. The Jameos del Agua are located inside the volcanic tunnel created by the eruption of La Corona Volcano, one of the longest in the world, at 6 kilometres in length.

The guide recommended for anyone who had to choose between Jameos Del Aqua and Cueva de los Verdes. This one is closer to sea and has been given slight touches by a great architect. Hence all the areas are easily accessible, has natural beauty enhanced...More

Was totally surprised by this place , it's an absolutely amazing relic from the volcanos many many years ago! Definitely worth a visit but not if you struggle with steps

A must stop and see. €9 to get in, but you'll take a lot of pics. Didn't eat there, so can't comment on the food.

The lake with its small albino creatures was a nice sight to behold, the concert cave was also nice, but other than that I was not very impressed.

A paradise in short and really shows that Cesar Manrique was a genius. He has built a restaurant, pool and cafes inside a lava tube. Also there is a rock pool which has blind albino crabs!
