This was a little outside Evreux. The receptionist patiently explained our route round the site. The little museum is interesting and the site is interesting. Good for those who know nothing of Roman history.

Spent 90 minutes at the good, small museum and archeological site. Enjoyed a display on musical instruments and listened to period music on museum-provided MP3 players. Archeological site a short distance walk.

Whilst the site itself is quite small it benefits from a good visitors center and friendly, helpful staff. The site itself contains baths, temple, theater and forum. Worth a visit if your passing. Free entry was an unexpected bonus.
