No good ways to go to the beach, need to snick between hotels in some jungle or go through the hotel. Relatively uncrowded

Such a disappointment after Chaweng beach! The sand is really coarse, so hard to walk on, the water is murky and deepens really fast. We were staying in a hotel with a great pool area and only went to the beach once to see how...More

It is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday. I also recommand the boats which are offering daily trip toures. They are noch cheap, but it is worth to do it. But be carefull it depends on the company

Nice and clean beach. Ideal for walks. There are several nice, small and cosy restaurants along the way.

Maenam Beach is a nice place to relax and dream. The sand at the beach is good to walk on even when hot. The water is nice and shallow even for kids.

The sunbeds are from a private resort. I think that you can hire them there. Most things are available in Thailand, if you have money. Just ask.

Hi Sandra: I am having "technical, TripAdvisor" problems responding--- but I will try one last time.... Having stayed on Koh Samui [KS] for 2 weeks, I can readily attest that one can aggressively relax... or "just let it... More
