Alex is an artisan and a great host. His cheeses are honest, simple and exceptionally well crafted. We loved our visit and will return if we're here again.

Lovely to visit this farm and learn about how to farm goats in an ecological way and not farming with the intent to increase output but to concentrate on quality. Tasting saffron cheese delicious
