You could, if you wanted, walk round the outside of this site, and see it all , but it is well worth the TL10 entry fee, the explanatory boards are very informative. We travelled from Soke by dolmus, which stop right outside the temple on their way to Didim town.

We booked this temple of Apollo tour over Ephesus and very glad that we did! We had the entire complex to ourselves. There is a great history here and it is well worth a visit. The surrounding areas are quite nice too with some shops and places to eat.

We went here with a tour off of our cruise ship. The tour included Ephesus and Miletus. Didyma was our least favorite of the three but we still enjoyed coming here and our guide helped us to enjoy and learn from the experience.

Been coming here for nine years, what an amazing place full of history with a scattering of very very nice restaurants the local people I have met have been so welcoming will continue to visit . Highly recommend Didim though the paths can be very uneven in places which could make it difficult for someone with a walking disability.

Gem of a place you really get the best of both worlds. Wednesday food market is a must see as is the main mosque Great location for day/overnight trips to Bodrum, Ephesus and Pamukkalea

The temple of Apollo is, obviously, partially collapsed. Also, it was not completed. This is what makers it interesting as you can see the construction techniques used by the Greeks and accuracy of their work. There are also mistakes to be found in the carved decorations - well, no-one is perfect. The temple was huge and I spent several hours... More

The temple of Apollo is well-preserved and certainly worth visiting. It is one of the biggest remaining temples of antiquity, amazing in its detail and size. Walk down the long hall where the priest and people walked, you feel like you have gone back in time.

I travelled to Didim last year in September when it is not too crowded, and I loved it there. It is a great place to visit. It is peaceful, the sea is crystal clear and there are some outstanding historical places nearby to visit. I would like to go there again some time.

We are lucky to have the Temple of Apollo at Didyma (Didim) only 10 minutes walk from our holiday apartment. We go here a few times on our visits to walk and meals at some of the restaurants overlooking the 3000 year old Temple of Apollo. The Yoran Village behind the temple is full of rustic charm. The Temple itself... More
