Ferry ride from Donask was great however, the bus trip can be skipped. Bus is in poor condition, noisy and leaking water. Price is reasonable though and got us to our final destination.

Having had a terrible experience with a different company getting over to Koh Samui, thought we would try Seatran for our return to Suratthani! On arrival at the Pier we purchased our tickets! Unlike the other more recommended fast ferry, Seatran ran on time, we...More

The staff of Seatran Ferry are horrible they don't know to render good service to every guest, very rude and very unprofessional mouth of the staff in Seatran Bangrak, not accommodating and not willing to help. This kind of service is not-recommendable specially for us...More

What an awful experience! I tried to call them several times to book a pick-up airport but the woman over the phone just hung up without saying a word... Then during the cruise they disembarked my luggage on the pier when we arrived at koh...More

Boats were clean and appeared safe, as well none of our trips were full or overloaded. Loading and unloading often involved passing though other ferries already docked which can be a bit tricky with heavy luggage but also normal for Thailand.

The day we went on this ferry to Koh Phangan it ran smoothly enough. If you book online you need to take a printed version of the booking and exchange this for a boarding voucher and a sticker that identifies your destination to the crew...More

We were able to utilize the Bus/Ferry transport from Krabi Town (the Nice Hotel was walking distance to the bus) to Ko Samui. The bus ride was what we expected to get for the cost (no luxury liner) and the ferry to Ko Samui was...More

I just bought my ticket online for the next day and do not have access to a printer before I arrive at the dock. Is it necessary to print the tickets in order to board? This seems like an unreasonable request with no warning before buying the tickets.

They do check of registration number at check in. I hope you do not need to print out anything. Bring the passport and confirmation in your email

I have heard this company offers transfer from Koh Lanta to Koh Samui - has anyone used it? If so, what are the journey steps? Is it on a coach and ferry, or ferry all the way?
