Not a whole lot here. This look like a place that at once was happening. I think with budget cut a plaque with an explanation has replaced an interpreter. Kids always seem to have fun feeding the giant deformed trouts. I would definitely consider a...More

We took the kids here and they loved the fish/turtle ponds as well as all the information shared. Us adults enjoyed the information on the local aquatic life. Peaceful and nice spot to stop in.

We were looking for something that was low key for our kids and this was perfect. The kids got to feed the rainbow trout and they loved seeing the fish race for the food.

This is a self guided facility, admission is by donation. Small but very informative. A nice break away from a long drive. Would recommend.

We arrived a half hour before closing and toured the hatchery. What a great place to stop. Really interesting and educational. Lots of entertainment value for 50 cents worth of fish pellets to feed the fish.
