The toughest part is the initial climb up 198 steps. After that, enjoy a glorious walk along the immaculately maintained Great Wall of Linhai (circa 1559). It is uncrowded, often deserted, unlike its namesake. The views are spectacular, and you finish up at a traditional...More

This is one of those not-known ancient projects from the Chinese history. Once you walk you will have the feeling and fibrant what the meaning was of such a structure. Beautifull conserved.

Nice maintained and good for small exercise at the beginning. It's a rainy day when I visited and no many people there. Convenient connection to ancient street of Ziyang, seedweed cake is recommended.

Smaller version of the Great Wall in Beijing... and the whole distance takes about 2-3 hours' walk and climb. Wonderful small old city enclosed inside the wall.
