Loved the food (all from the locals) and enjoyed the show. Our children loved the culture and will remember it was the highlights of the holiday. Maybe a little expensive but not often you get a good clean show and a place to take the...More

This was our 2nd time visiting Te Vara Nui. The show is always good to watch, and the tour prior to the dinner and show was very interesting. The dinner isn't the best on the island but there were some nice local dishes to try.

Had an excellent time at Te Vara Nui - we did the combo (tour of the village plus the dinner/show). Food was delicious but the highlight for me was the village tour! So much information about the Cook Islands - wish I'd been recording it...More

We attended the show in June of 2018. The show was good and the food was excellent. We only give this 3 stars because NO DRINKS were provided, not even water. We had to purchase bottled water which is unacceptable considering the price of the...More

The Te Vara Nui night is a great cultural experience. The story being told can be followed by young and old. The dancers are wonderful to watch.

I've been reading more. Evidentally, there are coupons in brochures around the island for a discount on the dinner, etc. I guess you just have to look for them when you arrive.
