It’s very good. Various sized lockers - bid and small cost various amounts. We used it. Very convenient

We expect to arrive from gotemba station around 7-8pm. Will dinner still be available within walking distance from the station?The hotel we are staying (which is also very near kawaguchiko station) does not provide meals. Thank you

There will be several restaurants still open at that time. Go west from the station and then turn left (south) on road 707. There are a couple of restaurants on the corner.

Lovely historical station building

We alightened at this lovely historical staion from the 50's to visit views of Mt Fuji and visit Lake Kawaguchiko. The shuttle bus departs from here to do loops of the area.

Small and very busy train / bus station. Contains a cafe, gift shop, tourist information booth and is also the drop-off / pick-up point for the hotel shuttles and taxi rank. It gets quite packed at peak times.
