It is in a park in Mahabalipuram. You have to climb a little to reach near this rock. It feels the rock would fall down .However, it is kept in such a way that it never fell down.

Krishna's butterball is a huge self-balancing boulder in the historic city of Mahabalipuram. As per the myth goes it is in the same position since ages and undisturbed by earthquake or other calamities,

This is a unique stone balancing correct and solidly. Locals tell me they have tried pushing but the stone has remained there for all these years. Terrain is uneven but just need to ealk carefully. Open space for children to play freely.

Nothing to see here. It's just a geological formation. But as it's on the path between the other rock carvings and temples, can stop and click a couple of snaps here.

Can spend time here... To see the various architecture details and sculptures here... Slightly crowded at times... Moderately maintained... Could improve..

Huge rock being supported on its own over a big rock. Center of gravity perfectly balanced. A must visit and treat for eyes.
