I recently visited this temple with friends.It is one of the very famous temples around Salem and the main lord here is lord Shiva.The temple holds its rich history and atmosphere around the temple is very calm and peaceful.Must visit temple in Salem.

A crowded temple. Archakas are very helpful. The temple coud do with some parking space. It is trditional. The residents of Salem throng the temple particularly in the evenings

In salem most powerful & famous temple.saint sugabrammam worshiped lord siva here that the reason of name sugavaneswara.festival sivanrathri and arudradarshan and all regular pujas.moolavar is suyambu.avaiyar also visited this temple. Om nama sivaya

Very Nice Shiv'jis temple,But have to maintain properly,Even the pool inside the temple premise have get cleaned and maintain ,The garden need more improvement than before

It is a very famous old temple in Salem in Agraharam Area. Many of the Salem people have their name as Sugavanam, named after this deity. A peaceful place to visit.
