Enjoyed going to the rice terraces and staying to sleep in Baike hotel. Very poor village in a beautiful landscape and nice to meet the Miao and Yao peoples. Good shopping and friendly people. very recommended

All wooden houses, lots of shops. Have good sturdy shoes for climbing and descending the stairs and trail.

A lovely little village working hard not to lose its old world charm. The great thing now is you can get an oversized golf cart from the parking area to the lookout (for a fee) above Ping An then walk DOWN. Still pack light though....More

Hi , you can visit Ping An village around Christmas . The temperature could be 5 to 8 degree and night around 0 . Guesthouse are equipped with heater , less crowded and winter view is totally different . Hope this helps .
