Exhaustive information on Teak.The staffs are very good in explaining the details.It is bounty to the Nature lovers.Must visit.Salute all those who established this Teak Museum.Once again I salute Kerala forest department.

This Teak Museum is one of the rarest which I have seen and we will get all information regarding Teak Wood trees from here. The exhibits here include the root system at the entrance, replicas of the Kannimara Tree, branch of the oldest teak tree, model of sailing boat made of teak wood, teak poles of various standards, flowers, fruits,... More

Its just an amazing place under the tourism department which is neatly managed. You wont get a feeling of exploring a forest or something like that but definitely it would be a new experience. You can see the giant teak trees all over this place and some inside the building as well.Also, there are lot of old and historical wood... More

This man-made teak forest near Nilambur is amazing. Thanks to the great British man who made it possible to create a natural like beauty along the riverside.
