Located in the entral city area. You can see historical facts inside. There is a opportunity to buy some very good small gifts in the surrounding area.

We didn’t have chance to visit this place as we were run out of time. It looks beautiful and different from outside. It was very easy to be found. I would visit if it was opened.

We were lucky to visit when there was an exhibition of jewellry, this had signage in both English and Bulgarian. Unfortunately, the other archaeological displays have signage only in Bulgarian. However, the artifacts are often self-explanatory and of an interesting character.
