Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I worked in J&K for one and half year. No one told me about this place. It was only during my recent visit that a friend told me about this place and I immediately rushed to it.
Not easy to reach without a vehicle and last mile is difficult to trek. Approach road is bad. It is maintained by ASI, who charge a nominal fee of Rs.15 from Indian.
Once inside the cpmplex we found temples made from stones with art work very magnificent. In the light of setting sun and backdrop of Himalayas the whole comlex looked very beautiful. ASI has kept the complex well maintained and clean.
The temples are about 1000 year old and have their own history.
They can be easily visited while coming back from the shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi if you have a vehicle. Please carry your own water etc as there are no shops around.

The place is some 50-60 minutes drive from Udhampur. A small group of temples presents a very picturesque view. The temples are not meant for puja or offerings.

Temple complex is in ruins, however maintained well by ASI. A Masterpiece of our ancient Glory. you may have to take guidance from the local people to reach there as its away from the town. Reaching the temple from the parking lot needs a short trek uphill. Please carry water along as it is in a isolated location with no shops around.

if you are traveling from Jammu exit the bypass road towards Udhampur city. Once you are closer to the city after crossing under construction MH(military hospital) building take a left. after about 200 to 300 meters take a right (caution: this right is very insignificant and there was no sign) you may miss it. continue on this road this is a small broken road. After approximately 6 kms you reach a village, there you have to take a right turn into a very narrow road. Pls keep asking the locals for direction. The temple is about one and half km from there.
