About an hour or two away by car from Zunyi, where we were staying, you can find MaoTai, the eponymous town that produces the wonderful Bai Jiu. Nice place, great buildings and architecture, and there is a good museum on strong drinks and how these are produced. My dissapointment was equally great to find that the beautiful bar on the...
