Since we had heard so much about this place we decided to visit it and were not disappointed.The rock cut caves are said to be from the 6th century and are truly an architectural marvel.There are 4 cave temples and all are worth seeing!

Badami is a historical place of Forts, Temples and Pond. Badami is covered with more number of Monkey's 🙈. It have a history of the Chalukyas. It is the best place to visit in family, friends and any researching purpose.

Carved from the rock, these temples are few hundred years old. At some height from the main Badami city. Monkeys are here to welcome you so beware and keep distance from them.

The series of monolithic crafted caves show the science and understanding of various parts of engineering as back in 6-7 century AD. A must visit for any history b buff or those interested in architecture.

Best route would be Hyderabad-Mahabubnagar-Raichur-Lingsugur-Badami (430 kms/8.5 hrs by car)

No. This is not a real Temples. No puja conduct. It is monument.
