This is a really lovely wildlife park, its not huge but there is plenty to see and do. I booked my sons 10th birthday party here and took 7 of his friends, they all had a great time looking around at all the different animals and enjoyed the play areas to run off some energy! The party was great, we... More

Although on the small side, we spent a very happy day here from opening to closing time. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were very knowledgeable about the animals when giving their talks. We met some unusual animals, Archie the Armadillo being our favourite, and loved seeing the new arrivals such as the twin Lemurs and Leopard cat kittens.... More

I brought my young granddaughters here and they had a lovely half day wandering round looking at the animals and birds. The are allowed to stroke some of the rabbits and guinea pigs, which they loved. The whole place feels as if they love the animals they care for. The freedom to wander is lovely, especially for youngsters. Tea and... More

Just to say we always have a great day here. The staff are friendly, love the animals and take time to share their knowledge. The talks are fun and presented well. We will enjoy supporting this place as it grows.

We took our two young grandsons to axe valley wildlife park yesterday, age 5 and 19 months. Lots to see and do. Lots of birds and animals to see (not really a zoo status - no lions elephants etc) Plenty of play areas and seating (for tired grandparents!). Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cafe prices average but sandwiches... More

Whilst on holiday we visited the park and had a great couple of hours. Our 2 year old seemed to really enjoy himself, loving all the animals and specially feeding the different birds. Many types of birds roam around free and you can buy food for 50p a bag and feed them. Lots of different animals to look at and... More

Myself and my partner were staying in Devon for a long weekend and visited this place on the Sunday afternoon and it was just lovely. Such beautiful animals and much to my surprise most of the birds just rein free over the grounds allowing you to get close to them and feed them. When you pay for your tickets you... More

We went on our first visit today and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of animals and amazing birds to see whilst having a walk around the park. Good facilities to cater for all ages and cafe, park and shop on site too. Took my 1 year old daughter and have signed up for membership. Can't wait to go back.
