Hands-on experience with strawberry picking. As long as you pluck those red ones - hard to go wrong (almost all are sweet). Tried handson jam making. Good experience and fun for the kids. Owner was very good with children and gave clear instructions in simple english.
Warm jam tasted really good with warm bun provided by the farm. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to high costing. We skipped the chocolate dipping for our children as that would have added another $30plus to the cost.
Must look beyond the jam bottles and boxes of strawberry that we spent over $100plus for strawberry picking and jam making experience at farm for the family.

Strawberries, strawberries, strawberries! Picking your basket of strawberries in the middle of the city! Rows and rows of sweet strawberries to choose from! After rinsing your prize under cold water, you finally get to sample those sweet red treats! Yum!
Then, you get to make your own strawberry jam! The farmers provided a bushel of strawberries which we smashed, heated and mixed with brown sugar. They then bottled enough jam for each of us to take home, along with the fresh strawberries we already picked.
Bees also love strawberries so if you’re highly allergic to bee stings, I would be wary of this activity.

It's a great experience to pick the fresh, big & sweet strawberry in Korea. There are a lot of farms within Yangpyeong-gun. But this farm is very good. The owners are very nice & kind. It's a must to make a reservation before going. There are some activities about strawberry after picking it, e.g. Fondue, Jam, Moji, etc. Do not miss if you come to Korea during December - May.

Fresh from the trees and really sweet. Worth the visit and easy to find. We just took the train to Yangsu Station and a short taxi drive to the farm which cost us 3,000Won. Once we realise it was not that far, we decide to walk from the farm back to the station. Take a stroll along the river, do a bit of shopping at the local shop and went back happy.
The host was really friendly. She can communicate in basic English and manage to get all the instruction through on what to do and what not to do during strawberry picking. No pinching, just look, pick and snap. Straightforward and simple instruction and our boys had great fun.
It cost 10,000Won per person to go in and pick a pack full but no eating allowed inside. She even serves bread with freshly made strawberry jam which was delicious.
Thank you again for a refreshing and fun experience

Very easy to reach farm. Firstly email farmer to let them know #of pax and what you want to do (pick and eat strawberries, make strawberry mochi, make strawberry jam, or chocolate strawberry fondue). Whereever you are, just transit at Cheongnyangi station to reach Yangsu station. Flag a taxi to go farm (KRW3400). You will spend a good 2-3 hours on the farm. We paid KRW31,000 each for picking, eating both fresh strawberries and mochi until we are full as well as cooking strawberry jam. Each of us brought back a box of strawberries, a box of mochi strawberries(coated with red bean and jam) and a jar of strawberry jam. Thereafter we walk back to Dumulmeori town centre to have late lunch in the market place.

Guess there are quite a number of strawberry farm in this area.
This was not the original one which I have short listed to visit. But since communication with cab driver was limited with our language ability, we just make do with this farm that she drop us at.
For 500g, we were charged for 10,000 KRW.
This lady owner was friendly and gave us a short briefing in understandable English before we start off.
It would have been better if owner had said that there was a time limit to picking of strawberry in the greenhouse. I thought we were only restricted to the capacity of container size. So I did not manage to filled up mine when I was so excited on going around snapping photos and choosing the nice one to pick.
It was still an enjoyable experience. Strawberry tasted exceptionally sweet and fresh which was totally different from what we buy from supermarkets.
There are other activities, such as strawberry jam making or strawberry mochi session which we didn't engage in.
Fresh new experience to try out!

Really loved this strawberry picking experience! My family and I came to this strawberry farm in May and had an amazing time here. The strawberries were all so huge, sweet and delicious that we picked the strawberries, washed them and finished our whole box of strawberries right on the spot. The owner was also really sweet and friendly. There was a miscommunication and we went at a later time than the time we booked. However, the owner still welcomed us warmly and guided us personally throughout the whole tour. We also opted to make strawberry jam with additional strawberries that they provided us with. The service was really top notch as they tended to our every need, every query and also provided some bread for us to eat together with the jam that we have just made. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful experience. It is something you should go for if you want to get away from the city life or try another activity other than shopping in Seoul. Definitely recommend!

This medium sized strawberry farm is owed by a lovely couple whose love for farming inspired them to grow specifically strawberry as it was quite a challenge s there are not many such farms in Seoul. The farm is well tendered with loving care and it was a very good experience to actually farm and eat the big, juicy strawberries on the spot.

All of us enjoyed ourselves strawberries pickings & bringing back the box of strawberries picked or you may choose to wash & eat there. Out of 9 pax, we washed 2 boxes of them. Simple sweet & taste yummy. Can buy strawberries jams or have jam making experience too. But we didn’t. Enjoying them!

We actually book a strawberry picking session online with youngfarmer.kr so that it's not exactly the same farm listed here. Anyway, there are a few farms near Yangsu station and my review is on Young Farmer strawberry farm.
It's about 5 minutes away from Yangsu station by taxi and Yangsu station is about 80 minutes away by subway from central Seoul. Our experience includes strawberry picking (one box closed, about 1.5 pounds) and strawberry mochi making. The hosts also provide some extra strawberries for tasting on the spot (you can't eat any strawberry while you pick).
The hosts speak some English and they are very friendly. The strawberries are on the small side, but they are sweet and very flavoursome. It's a fun experience for us and it's definitely worth doing.

would like to know how the reservation made ?can have their email contact ?
Written 7 March 2019
Go to the website youngfarmer.kr and go to the English page. You will see the email contact (TripAdvisor does not allow html links) The farmer’s wife responded the next day in English spelling out their opening hours and the rates for different kind of activities e.g. strawberry jam, strawberry chocolate fondue, strawberry mochi or just picking a box of strawberries.

Hi, I would like to know how i can make a reservation for Dec.
Written 15 August 2018
I already sent you the private message about the info. Please check.
Written 17 August 2018
i will be going in March, do we need to make reservation?
Written 14 February 2018
For youngfarmer.kr you must make reservation ahead and the only time slot for strawberry picking is 11 am in March (Wed to Sun only). I don't think you can walk in as the farmers will be busy with other chores if no one is booking.
